REFUND & RETURNS POLICY (Thailand)

At Kong Tattoo Care your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return terms carefully.
1. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Products with tamper seals broken
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Approved returns may be refunded or replaced based on your preference.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the mistake is on our side (wrong or damaged product), we cover return shipping.
- If you change your mind or ordered incorrectly, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.
We will assist in contacting the courier, but we cannot guarantee compensation for lost or stolen parcels.
6. International Orders
Customs duties, delays, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
