You can begin applying KONG aftercare products as soon as your artist is finished —Use Kong Advanced soap to clean your new tattoo, once the tattoo has been cleaned and dried. Kong Soothing Butter will help prevent scabbing and itching, your artist’s will help with recommendations based on tattoo size, placement, and skin type.
How often should I apply KONG products during the healing process?
Apply a thin layer 2–3 times per day, or as needed to keep the skin moisturised and comfortable. Over-application is not necessary; a small amount goes a long way. Consistent, light application supports optimal healing.
