Welcome to Kong Tattoo Care. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any Kong products.

1. General Information

Kong Tattoo Care Co Ltd operates an online store offering skincare products, tattoo aftercare, and tattoo-related numbing lotions. All products are intended for topical external use only and must be stored out of reach of children (under 18).

By placing an order, you confirm that:

2. Product Use & Safety

Our products are formulated for tattoo aftercare, cosmetic skincare, numbing products are for use both before, and during being tattooed to provide temporary topical numbing.

2.1 Proper Use

To ensure safety and effectiveness, you must follow the instructions provided on each product page, a shorter version is also printed on some of the product packaging or labels.

2.2 Misuse

Kong Tattoo Care is not responsible for any adverse effects, injuries, or results caused by:

  • Using products in a way that differs from the instructions on our website or packaging.
  • Applying products on broken skin, infected tattoos, open wounds, or other contraindicated areas.
  • Mixing our products with other substances.
  • Professional or medical use beyond the Kong Tattoo Care intended cosmetic application.
  • Prior to full application, an area equal to approximately 1.0 cm2 skin patch test is advised to confirm the product is well-tolerated and does not cause an adverse reaction.

3. Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Although many of our products use gentle and skin-friendly ingredients, all skincare products carry a risk of allergic reaction.

By using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • It is your responsibility to check the ingredient list before use.
  • You should perform a patch test at least 24 hours before first use.
  • Individuals with sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before applying new products.

Kong Tattoo Care is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse responses unless caused by a proven manufacturing defect.

4. Numbing Products (Lidocaine-based)

Where applicable, Kong offers numbing lotions containing less than 5% lidocaine, compliant with over-the-counter cosmetic use, this is described as Advanced Desensitising Complex on some labels.

By purchasing or using these products, you agree that:

  • They are not medical anaesthetics and are only for temporary topical relief.
  • You will strictly follow the application instructions.
  • You will not apply excessive amounts or occlude the area unless explicitly instructed.
  • The duration of application of numbing products should not exceed 1 hour.

We are not responsible for complications arising from overuse, improper application, or use during professional tattooing without proper guidance.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kong Tattoo Care disclaims all liability for:

  • Reactions from individual skin chemistry.
  • Misuse, overuse, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Issues arising from products used after the expiry date.
  • Tattoos performed by third-party artists or studios.
  • Any medical issues that should be handled by a healthcare professional.

Our products are cosmetic only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

6. Orders, Payments & Shipping

  • By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure events.

7. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kong Tattoo Care website—including images, logos, text, and product descriptions—is the property of Kong Tattoo Care and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand (or specify another jurisdiction if preferred). Any disputes will be handled under Thai legal processes unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
